After the success at the New Orleans World’s Fair in 1984, Pam Fortner and Earl Bernhardt sought to bring this new and exciting drink to the French Quarter. Their hands-on, personal approach to the nightclub experience is a concept by which this business has thrived. The owners have allowed Tropical Isle® to grow at its own pace, sometimes slowly, sometimes in leaps and bounds, exceeding their dreams.
A sweet and potent melon flavored drink served frozen or on the rocks in a green, translucent, plastic yard glass container with a base shaped like an oversized hand grenade.
