- 2 ounces Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
- .75 ounce Cointreau
- .5 ounce Lime Juice
- 1 ounce Peach Puree
- .25 ounce Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Shake and strain into pint/tall boy glass
