At the Lakefront Airport Terminal, your culinary experience begins at The Runway Café, featuring traditional New Orleans cuisine in a classic aviation setting with a view of the runway. It’s the perfect place to grab a bite before or after your flight or, for locals, whenever you’re in the neighborhood.

Chef Leon West offers breakfast classics such as Eggs Benedict topped with Lump Crabcake and Shrimp and Grits. (His signature homemade sweet potato biscuits are a must.) For lunch, choose from a daily “Blue Plate Specials,” as well as gourmet burgers and decadent options like Louisiana lump crab cakes.
