Try These Treats at Oak Street Po' Boy Festival

The Oak Street Po’ Boy Festival will be filled with delicious deli treats and more. So we’ve compiled a list of our favorite sandwich shops (and of course our top sandwich picks from said shops).

GW Fins: Fried Maine Lobster Po Boy Named one of the “Top 20 Best New Restaurants in America” by Esquire Magazine and Forbes hailed it one of the “Best Seafood Restaurants in America”, this is obviously a must try treat. Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine Southern Living, New York Times, and Gourmet are just a few other stamps of approval earned by this delectable dining establishment.

Oceana Grill: This historic French Quarter favorite will be serving their famous Oyster Rockefeller Po Boy—the classic treat all jazzed up with spinach, smoked bacon, pernod liqueur, and topped with fresh grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses.

Pascal’s Manale: A little spicy, extremely tasty this New Orleans staple since 1913, is a must try treat when you’re in town. Let’s face it, you can’t be near a New Orleans Barbeque Shrimp Po Boy and not try one. They’re absolutely delicious!

Red Fish Grill: This multi award winning restaurant features some of the best seafood in town, and the festival will feature two of our favorites: The BBQ Oyster Po Boy and Blackened Red Fish Melt—it’s tough choice so don’t pick. Just eat both or grab a friend and split them!

Whatever you do, don’t miss these po boys!
