Brennan’s, another must-experience in the French Quarter, is where old-world ambiance meets new-world cuisine. Four-time James Beard Finalist Best Chef South Slade Rushing has created an outstanding menu with wines harmoniously paired from Robert Mondavi Winery. Your six-course experience starts with a selection of canapes including Duck Boudin with Cumberland Sauce, followed by Chilled Snap Pea Soup, Grilled Foie Gras Tartine, Grouper Roasted with Smoked Paprika, Blackened W Black Kobe Ribeye, Dancing Fern Triple Cream, and "Snicker's Bar," a hazlenut crumble with nougat ice cream.
