Chef Thomas Robey, who attended Johnson and Wales University for Culinary Arts, has found a new home at Tujague’s, the second-oldest restaurant in New Orleans.

Chef Robey joined the Commander’s Palace family in 1991 where he opened Foodies Kitchen and Commander’s Palace-Las Vegas. He also served as Executive Chef at the Verdana on Highland in Birmingham, Alabama for five years.

The team at neworleansrestaurants.com joins the entire city in welcoming Chef Robey to the French Quarter!
