Peppermint Bark Latte

Chilly days in New Orleans are so rare that we celebrate them. The Clarinet Coffee Shop in the Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome offers a tempting array of festive javas and, this time of year, the Peppermint Bark Latte is at the top of our list. Make it at home with this recipe or, better yet, swing by The Clarinet.

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce Ghirardelli White Chocolate Sauce
• .75 ounces Monin Peppermint Syrup
• 8 ounces Frothed Whole Milk (or non-dairy option)
• 1.5 ounce Espresso
• Topped with whipped cream and peppermint sprinkles

Directions:

1. Make espresso
2. Add sauce, syrup and frothed milk
3. Top with whipped cream and peppermint sprinkles
