Even though it opened in 2023, everybody’s still talking about Garrison Kitchen + Cocktails. Executive Chef John Sinclair’s menu is both impressive and extensive. It features steaks and gourmet burgers made with quality beef from their partner 3 Fires Farm in Mississippi, known for its dedication to ethical and sustainable farming practices. When you join them for brunch, lunch or dinner, you're not only supporting local farmers and sustainable practices, you’re satisfying your cravings for the tastiest beef ever.

Situated on 1.7 acres in what was the old Garden Gates Home and Garden store, Garrison Kitchen + Cocktails offers elegant seating both inside and out. Ask for a table inside the charming yet sophisticated 110-year-old cottage or dine in one of 5 outdoor gazebos, each providing an intimate experience with its own heating & cooling system and sound system. There is also a larger seating area outside by the Pavilion.

A dinner at Garrison might start with Butternut Squash Bisque with jumbo lump crab, crème fraiche, brown butter and sage. If you’re lucky, someone at your table will start with the Focaccia with caramelized onion, whipped goat cheese feta, and cracked pepper. Entrée choices include a delicious Redfish and a fantastic Crispy Chicken, but if you’re a steak lover, you’ll want to order one of the four steaks on the menu. They have created some fantastic dessert offerings as well. Chocolate Mousse fans prepare to be wowed.
