If ever a city needed a 24-hour breakfast place, it’s New Orleans. After a long day of swamp tours and strolling the French Quarter or a late-night listening to music on Frenchmen or Bourbon Street, Daisy Dukes is a great place to dine and unwind with authentic Cajun and Southern food.
Come in for an FGT Boy (a Fried Green Tomato Po-boy), a Rajun Cajun Shrimp Basket, or a cup of Red Beans & Rice, Etouffée or Gumbo. They serve oysters on the half shell and boiled crawfish (in season). Plus, they have a great Daisy Burger and Chili Cheese Fries.
Want breakfast? Their Biscuits & Country Gravy are worth writing home about (or at least Instagramming). Personally, we can’t pass up their Country Fried Steak with Gravy, served with eggs, grits and a biscuit. Or how about an Alligator Omelet?
Daisy Dukes’ French Quarter location is open 24 hours a day, every day, and offers delivery 24/7 in the New Orleans area. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner 24 hours a day–plus they offer free refills on coffee and Bottomless Bloody Marys (with meal purchase). BTW, their Bloody was named the best in the city by Where Y’at magazine for five years running.
