After discovering he had an appreciation for food and flavors at a young age, New Orleans native Vincent Catalanotto founded Vincent’s in 1989. Opening his own restaurant was a natural fit since he grew up in large, close Sicilian family. Taking the cooking talents he learned from his parents and his years of service industry experience Vincent set out to create a place where he could do the two things he loves: create delicious meals and make people happy.
