All meals are served in the traditional Creole manner, from appetizer through dessert, with a choice of entrees. For Creole chefs, only the day's freshest produce is put on the table. All meals are served with hot French bread. Fine wines, cocktails, and beers are available including our own micro-brewed Tujague's Beer.
