Sake Café Uptown is named in the spirit of Japanese cuisine.

Sake is an upscale Japanese Restaurant with a sharp focus on light, innovative cooking which is exemplified the in the Sushi, Sashimi and premium Sake!

The cuisine emulates modern Japanese style using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Specialty salads, signature entrees, scrumptious appetizers, and specialty rolls fill the menu.

In 2008, Sake extended its menu to include brand new unique rolls such
as the Po-Boy Roll, Metarie Roll,
and the Tropical roll.

Furthermore, Sake now offers economical side dishes like mango
and pineapple fried rice, Pad Thai, and Ginger Shitake Soba. Our new appetizers include Caribbean Style Ceviche, Veal Chop, Kobe Beef Cappacio and Yellowtail & Jalapeno Salsa for a few examples.

There is a Full- Service bar complete with specialty drinks and soft drinks. Sake offers an extensive wine list as well as a variety of cold sake. Both domestic and imported Japanese beers are available as well.

Sake Café is the perfect restaurant for any occasion; whether it be a casual get together or a birthday celebration.
Upon customer request Sake can accommodate large parties of up to forty people in their spacious and stylish upstairs dining area. See a manager for assistance. We accept all major credit cards, but NO PERSONAL CHECKS. While dress is casual, no men wearing tank tops will be permitted. For convenience, Sake has two complementary private parking lots for customers only

Seating up to 40 is available upstairs.
