Paillard's, the Bourbon Orleans' new signature restaurant, offers diners a range of dishes, from local Southern cooking to traditional American cuisine. Paillard's is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although reservations are not required, they are recommended. Paillard's can also accommodate groups.
