New Orleans, LA 70130
Hours of Operation
Located at the corner of Chartres and St. Louis , the Napoleon House is a historic New Orleans haunt. The 200-year-old building was originally meant to be an escape for the exiled Napoleon Bonaparte. Although that plan never came to fruition, the bar and restaurant earned a place in New Orleans history and the hearts of locals and visitors alike with delicious Creole cooking and tasty cocktails.
Now owned by Ralph Brennan, whose family is a longstanding institution in the New Orleans hospitality industry, Napoleon House maintains its traditional New Orleans tastes. The famous Creole cuisine is now in the hands of Executive Chef Chris Montero. Montero hails from a long lineage of accomplished Creole chefs – dating as far back as the Napoleon House itself.
