The dishes were grouped by what flavor of wine they complemented under such headings as Sparklers, Light Whites, Full Bodied Whites, Fruity Reds, Spicy Reds and Robust Reds. Guests can start with either the wine or the cuisine, and build a pairing experience that reflects their preferences. Each menu item is offered in a small plate or large plate size.

Renowned Chef Michael Farrell has passion for all things southern which drew him back to his culinary roots to be a part of Maison Dupuy’s renaissance. His seasonally-changing menus focus on the region’s best available organic and locally harvested ingredients.
