Le Bayou’s enthusiastic approach to New Orleans dining is reflected in the restaurant’s decor as well as its menu. In a historic Bourbon Street building, Le Bayou cooks up the Cajun and Creole flavors of Louisiana, offering dishes like a classic meaty muffuletta, crawfish pasta, and Blackened Shrimp Jambalaya to spice up a night on Bourbon.
Serving “True New Orleans Cookin,” Le Bayou makes use of Creole spices, local andouille sausage and other bold flavors. The restaurant’s doors open onto Bourbon Street, overlooking the world’s most famous party destination; Le Bayou also offers private event accommodations in their Absinthe Room and Petite Absinthe Room.
