 Kids Program with the Treme Brass Band
11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Children are invited to bring their own instruments and participate with members of the Treme Brass Band in this hour long performance. Steve Pistorius & the Southern Syncopators 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Don’t miss this stellar band lead by hot pianist, Steve Pistorius, in this traditional jazz concert. These activities are free and open to the public and will take place in the park’s VisitorCenter at 916 N. Peters Street, unless specified. The Visitor Center is the site of programs and music performances relating to the origins, development and progression of America’s original art form – jazz.
