ANGRY MUSSELS
Plump black mussels sautéed with onions, garlic, scallions and steamed with black forest beer. Finished with a chorizo butter.

BAKED BRIE
Aged brie cheese baked and topped with an apple chutney served with roasted garlic, fresh fruit and crispy French bread.

GOURMET DELI BOARD
Chef's selection of fine cheeses, cured meats, pate', marmalades and pickles, served with crispy croutons

Spicey chicken wings roasted with fresh herbs, fried crispy, tossed with special house spices and served with a blue cheese dipping sauce.

A half dozen fresh shucked oysters topped with crab & saffron, spinach & herbsaint and spicy eggplant.

SEAFOOD ANDOUILLE GUMBO
Shrimp and Louisiana blue crab plus spicy Andouille sausage served with steamed rice.

SEAFOOD CHEESECAKE
Brewhouse savory cheesecake made with shrimp, crab, crawfish and a blend of goat cheese and provolone cheese served with a Red Stallion pepper sauce and crispy croutons

LOUISIANA CRAB CAKE
Fresh lump crabmeat, green onions, jalapenos, garlic mayonnaise; on fried escarole; sauces of plum tomato and white remoulade.

FRIED CALAMARI
Calamari lightly dusted and flash fried golden brown, served with a spicy marinara sauce.

FRESH SHUCKED OYSTERS
Fresh Louisiana oysters ice cold and shucked to order. Try 'em with our special cocktail sauce.

BEEF BRISKET SANDWICH
Slow roasted and served on a French bun with cabbage slaw and horseradish cream, French fries.

DECATUR ST. BURGER
Choice, lean beef charbroiled to your liking and served on a fresh bun with French fried potatoes. Dressed with lettuce, tomato and pickles.

BREWHOUSE BLT
Crispy smoked bacon, leaves of fried basil and vine ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella on a brioche served with romaine hearts, lemon champagne vinaigrette

GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Fresh chicken breasts grilled over an open flame and dressed with lettuce, tomato and pickles served on brioche with fried potatoes.

CORNED BEEF CUBANO
Fresh corned beef brisket, smoked local ham, provolone cheese, pickles, and a creole mustard spead, house made potato chips; served warm with an au jus dip

FRIED SHRIMP POBOY
A hearty sandwich of delectable Gulf shrimp, dipped in our own beer batter and deep-fried. Dressed and served with a side of creamy potato salad.

House smoked salmon prepared with spring greens, tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers, feta cheese and red onion in a pepper jelly vinaigrette

GRILLED SHRIMP WEDGE
Crispy cold iceberg wedge, crumbled bacon, green onions, tomatoes and hard bolied egg served with bleu cheese dressing around fresh grilled Jumbo Shrimp

We've perfected this traditional salad of crisp Romaine hearts and crunchy homemade croutons with our own delightfully creamy Caesar dressing.

SHRIMP N' GRITS
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with onions and sweet peppers in a spicy shrimp broth served with a polenta ham cake, fresh asparagus

FILET MIGNON
7oz. center cut filet chargrilled, sauce bordelaise and maitre'd butter served with au gratin potatoes, fresh asparagus

PASTA JAMBALAYA
Our take on this traditional dish of Shrimp, Crawfish, Chicken and spicy Andouille Sausage sauteed together with sweet peppers and onions, tossed with linguine pasta

SOUTHERN CRISPY DUCK
Slow roasted and flash fried, a half duck partially deboned. Served with homemade andouille cornbread dressing and southern greens, glazed with a pepper jelly au jus

WOLF'S GERMAN SAUSAGE PLATTER
Our own pork sausages are stuffed with traditional sauerkraut, house potatoes. One of Brewmaster Wolf's personal favorites.

CRABMEAT AU GRATIN
Fresh jumbo lump crabmeat and scallions tossed in a creamy lemon vermouth and finished with a cheddar cheese sauce. Served with a spring salad, fresh asparagus

RED FISH ST. LOUIS
Fresh red fish pan seared, topped with crispy fried oysters and smothered with a spicy barbeque sauce of butter, black pepper and worcestershire served with a side of au gratin potatoes.

GRILLED RIBEYE STEAK
A choice 12oz rib cut of beef, grilled to your liking. Served with a house potato and vegetables. Topped with a garlic maitre'd butter.

GRILLED TUNA ORLEANS
Fresh Ahi tuna grilled, topped with sauteed Jumbo Shrimp with a red onion confit, portobello mushrooms and pan seared tomatoes in a lemon beurre blanc

SOFTSHELL CRAB CAPRI
Louisiana soft shell crab deep fried and topped with crawfish, artichoke bottoms, and roasted peppers finished with a vermouth butter.

BREWHOUSE RIBS
After smoking choice tender pork ribs, we slowly roast and grill them over an open flame served with creamy potato salad and southern baked beans.

CRABMEAT STUFFED SHRIMP
Jumbo gulf shrimp stuffed with fresh Louisiana crabmeat, jalapenos, green onions and seasoned bread crumbs. Broiled and served with vegetable mélange, beurre blanc sauce and au gratin potatoes

We Brew Our Own Premium Beers

PILSNER
A light crisp and traditionally hoppy beer with a soft palate and flowery bouquet. Light both in color and taste, it is The "Classic" Old World Beer that will be most familiar to the individual who prefers domestic beers.

RED STALLION
A malty, aromatic and hoppy mixture. Copper colored, this beer is medium strong and full of flavor. Vienna Style.

BLACK FOREST
A full-bodied dark mahogany beer, with a rich malty texture. It is strong and sparsely hopped, in the traditional Munich style.

WEISS BEER
Golden unfiltered “wheat” beer. Smooth quality with hints of banana and cloves and a spicy finish.
