James Beard Award-winning chef Donald Link offers Calcasieu, a private event facility, for those in search of a space with both ambiance and excellent cuisine. Located above Cochon in the Warehouse District, Calcasieu features four rooms open exclusively for parties, receptions and other events. Menus range from passed hors d’oeuvres to carved cochon de lait, and a Cajun tasting menu; a buffet is also available.

Calcasieu is named for Link’s home parish, Calcasieu, Louisiana. The concept pays tribute to contemporary Louisiana cuisine, accompanied by an expertly chosen wine list and solicitous service. The venue can accommodate from 10 to 275 guests.
