Café Amelie

Founded in 2005, Café Amelie was named for Amelie Miltonberger, the Mother of the first American Princess of Monaco, Princess Alice, who lived in an accompanying townhouse in the mid 1800s. Café Amelie is known for having one of the most beautiful and romantic courtyards in the Quarter, where patrons can dine "alfresco" or inside the lovely air-conditioned dining rooms within the historic Carriage House.
Café Amelie has a full bar offering and array of signature cocktail creations. Café Amelie and the accompanying Princess of Monaco Courtyard are also available for private parties, weddings and receptions.
"If you want to change someone's mind about moving away from New Orleans, an evening table here could seal the deal."
