Dining at Begue's is a very special experience.

The tropical courtyard just outside the double french doors lends an ambience which is carried throughout the restaurant in the floral motifs on etched glass partitions. The chairs are so comfortable you could sit in them for hours. The tables are amply spaced, affording an unusually high degree of privacy. So your confidential business conversation, or an intimate personal moment, will remain yours alone.

Or if your party is in an exuberant mood, your festivity will not intrude on others. You set the mood, and Begue's is the perfect setting. Begue's Restaurant is named after Elizabeth Begue, a restaurateur who lived in the 1800s and whom many New Orleanians credit with the invention of the Sunday brunch.

Renowned for its superb contemporary French and Creole cuisine prepared under the direction of Executive Chef Elizabeth Barlow, Begue's overlooks a lush, tropical courtyard.

The AAA Four-Diamond award restaurant is open daily for breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner. The restaurant also features a popular Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet.
