Chef Chris' signature dishes include Lobster Ravioli stuffed with Maine lobster and Gulf shrimp, tossed in a champagne butter sauce, as well as Grilled Pork Tenderloin served with wilted escarole, rustic mashed potatoes and a sweet & sour prune sauce, and Bacco's twist on a New Orleans favorite, BBQ Shrimp, Louisiana Gulf shrimp served in a peppery sauce of garlic, fresh rosemary, Abita Amber beer, and Creole seasonings finished with butter, with ciabatta bread for dipping.
In support of local farmers and fishermen, Chef Chris Montero proudly serves the freshest seasonal ingredients. Additionally, all BACCO recipes are free of artificial trans fat.
