Andrea Apuzzo has been in the kitchen since the age of seven in native Capri, and now describes a "career of happiness" culminating in his claiming New Orleans as home and his success in pleasing the city's discriminating palate.
Since Andrea opened his restaurant in 1985, he has received countless awards including La Life Magazine's #1 Reader's Choice for Best Italian Food 3 years in a row.
